Before & after
Asha's official instructions for every treatment. Find yours and follow the steps: how you care for your skin before and after is half of your result.
⭐ The 5 golden rules
They apply to almost everything we do at Asha.
SPF 50 every day
It's the best way to protect your results, especially after peels, laser and microneedling. Reapply every 2 hours when you're in the sun.
Pause retinol and acids
Stop retinol, AHA/BHA acids, strong vitamin C and exfoliants before your appointment. How many days depends on the treatment (2 to 7): check its card.
Medications, pregnancy and cold sores
Tell us about every product you use on your skin, your medications and supplements, any allergies, whether you're pregnant or breastfeeding, and any history of cold sores.
Your skin isn't ready
If you have a sunburn, an active cold sore, wounds, an infection or a fever, or you're sick, message us to reschedule.
Water, and no blood thinners
Arrive hydrated. Before injectables and PRP, avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, omega-3 and vitamin E (only if your doctor approves) to reduce bruising.
