These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.ashaesthetics.com, our online booking, and our text messaging (SMS) program, operated by Asha Esthetic LLC ("Asha Esthetic," "we," "us," or "our"), 1800 Southwest 1st Avenue, Suite 501, Miami, FL 33129. By using our website, booking an appointment, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program name: Asha Esthetic Text Messages.
Program description: When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, on a form on our website, when you book an appointment, or in person at our clinic), you agree to receive text messages from Asha Esthetic at the number you provided. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, pre- and post-treatment care instructions, follow-up on your inquiry or treatment, customer support replies, and, if you opted in to marketing, offers and promotions.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, text START or opt in again on our website.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to agree to receive marketing text messages to book or buy any service.

2. Online Booking
Appointments booked through our website are scheduled in our booking system (Boulevard). Some services require a deposit or a card on file to confirm the appointment. The price, any deposit, and the cancellation policy that apply to your appointment are shown before you confirm your booking, and you agree to them when you book. See also our Cancellation Policy. Availability shown online is subject to confirmation by our team.
3. Medical and Treatment Information
Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person. A consultation with our licensed providers is required to determine whether a treatment is right for you.
